🌶️🥓 Spicy Bacon Cheese Balls 🧀🔥

Ingredients:
2 cups cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1–2 jalapeños, finely chopped (adjust for spice)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs
Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, jalapeños, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
2. Scoop and roll the mixture into small balls, then place them on a tray. Chill for 15–20 minutes to firm up.
3. Prepare a coating station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
4. Roll each ball in flour, dip in egg, then coat in breadcrumbs.
5. Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
6. Fry the cheese balls in batches for 2–3 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
7. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
Pro Tip:
For extra crunch, double-coat the balls (egg + breadcrumbs twice) before frying for a thicker, crispier crust 🔥🥓
