4 ripe bananas, sliced

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
1/2 cup caramel sauce (for topping)
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
2. Spread sliced bananas evenly across the bottom of the dish.
3. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and both sugars.
