🍫🥜 Snickers Cheesecake 🍰🔥
A rich, creamy cheesecake loaded with chocolate, caramel, and crunchy peanuts—just like your favorite candy bar!

Ingredients:
2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
1/2 cup melted butter
3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup chopped Snickers bars
1/2 cup caramel sauce (plus extra for topping)
1/2 cup chocolate sauce
1/4 cup chopped peanuts
Extra Snickers chunks for topping
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a springform pan.
2. Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter and press firmly into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.
3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla, sour cream, and heavy cream.
5. Fold in chopped Snickers pieces.
6. Pour filling over the crust and smooth the top.
7. Bake for 55–60 minutes, until the center is slightly set.
8. Turn off oven, crack the door, and let cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour.
9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
10. Before serving, drizzle with caramel and chocolate sauce, then top with peanuts and extra Snickers chunks.
For ultra-clean slices, dip your knife in hot water and wipe it dry between each cut—this keeps the caramel and chocolate layers looking perfect!
