Seafood Lasagna with Shrimp & Crab

Ingredients:

12 lasagna noodles

1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)

1 cup lump crab meat

2 cups Alfredo sauce

1 cup ricotta cheese

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 egg

2 cloves garlic (minced)

1 tbsp butter

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook lasagna noodles and set aside.

2. In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.

3. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2–3 minutes. Gently fold in crab meat and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Remove from heat.

4. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with egg and a pinch of salt.

5. Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.

6. Add a layer of noodles, then ricotta mixture, seafood mixture, Alfredo sauce, and mozzarella cheese.

7. Repeat layers until ingredients are used, finishing with mozzarella and Parmesan on top.

8. Bake for 40–45 minutes until golden, bubbly, and slightly crispy on top.

9. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley.

Pro Tip:

For extra richness, add a sprinkle of shredded Gruyère or white cheddar to the top before baking for a deeper, gourmet flavor! 🧀
