Ingredients:

2 cups crushed Biscoff biscuits

1/2 cup melted butter

2 cups cream cheese (softened)

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup heavy whipping cream

3/4 cup Biscoff spread (melted)

Extra Biscoff biscuits (for topping)

1/4 cup melted chocolate (for drizzle)

Extra Biscoff spread (for topping drizzle)

Instructions:

1. Mix crushed Biscoff biscuits with melted butter until combined.

2. Press the mixture firmly into a lined pan to form the base. Chill for 20 minutes.

3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

5. Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

6. Spread half the filling over the crust, then drizzle melted Biscoff spread.

7. Add remaining filling on top and smooth it out.

8. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or until set.
