Cook time: 15 minutes

Total time: 30 minutes

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1/2 cup diced onion

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp chili powder

1/2 tsp cumin

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

4 large flour tortillas

1/2 cup salsa or pico de gallo

2 tbsp butter

Instructions:

1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onions until browned. Drain excess grease.

2. Add garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir well and cook for 2–3 minutes.

3. Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable.

4. Spoon beef mixture onto each tortilla, then top with cheddar, Monterey Jack, and a spoonful of salsa.

5. Fold tortillas into burrito shape.

6. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat and place wraps seam-side down.

7. Cook until golden brown and crispy on all sides, and cheese is fully melted.

8. Slice in half and serve hot.

Pro Tip:

For extra gooey melts, add a slice of American cheese inside—it melts super smooth and gives that classic fast-food texture!
