A decadent dessert taco with fudgy brownies, creamy peanut butter, and cold ice cream topped with chocolate drizzle 😍
Prep time: 20 minutes
Cook time: 25 minutes
Total time: 45 minutes
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients:
1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on box)
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
2 cups vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup chocolate chips (melted)
1/2 cup crushed cookies or graham crackers
1/2 cup cereal squares (optional for crunch)
Instructions:
1. Prepare brownie batter according to package instructions and bake in a rectangular pan.
2. While still slightly warm, cut brownies into rectangles and gently shape them over a rolling pin or bottle to form a taco shell shape. Let them cool completely.
3. Spread a generous layer of peanut butter inside each brownie shell.
4. Add scoops of vanilla ice cream into each taco.
5. Drizzle melted chocolate over the top.
6. Sprinkle crushed cookies and cereal pieces for added crunch.
7. Serve immediately before the ice cream melts.
Pro Tip:
Freeze the shaped brownie shells for 10–15 minutes before filling—they’ll hold their taco shape better and give a nice chewy texture!
