3/4 cup peanut butter

3/4 cup sugar

3 eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 bananas (sliced)

1/2 cup chocolate ganache

1/4 cup chopped peanuts

3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, and sugar until smooth.

4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla and heavy cream.

5. Pour filling over crust and smooth the top.

6. Bake for 50–60 minutes until the center is set but slightly jiggly.

7. Let cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Pro Tip:

Brush banana slices lightly with lemon juice to prevent browning and keep your cheesecake looking fresh longer!
