Ingredients:
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup sugar
½ cup melted butter
16 oz cream cheese, softened
¾ cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2 bananas)
½ cup heavy cream
½ cup chopped peanuts or mixed nuts
½ cup caramel sauce (plus extra for topping)
1 banana, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
3. Bake crust for 10 minutes, then let cool.
4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
6. Stir in vanilla extract, mashed bananas, and heavy cream until fully combined.
7. Fold in chopped nuts for added crunch.
8. Pour filling over the crust and smooth the top.
9. Bake for 50–60 minutes until center is slightly set.
10. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
11. Before serving, top with banana slices, drizzle generously with caramel sauce, and sprinkle extra nuts.
