Twix Cheesecake Delight

Ingredients:

2 cups crushed digestive biscuits or graham crackers

1/2 cup melted butter

3 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup sour cream

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup caramel sauce

1/2 cup melted milk chocolate

3 Twix bars, chopped

1/4 cup crushed biscuit crumbs (for topping)

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.

2. Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter until evenly coated.

3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.

4. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.

5. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.

6. Mix in sour cream and vanilla extract.

7. Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently after each addition.

8. Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled crust.

9. Bake for 45–55 minutes until the center is slightly set.

10. Let the cheesecake cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

11. Drizzle caramel sauce and melted chocolate over the top.

12. Garnish with chopped Twix bars and crushed biscuit crumbs before serving.
