🍫🥜 Snickers Poke Cake 🍰🔥
A rich, gooey chocolate cake loaded with caramel, peanuts, and creamy filling—just like your favorite candy bar!
Ingredients:
1 box chocolate cake mix (plus ingredients listed on box)
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 jar (12 oz) caramel sauce
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 Snickers bars, chopped
1/2 cup chocolate syrup
1/2 cup crushed peanuts or toffee bits
Instructions:
1. Prepare and bake the chocolate cake according to package instructions in a 9x13-inch pan.
2. While still warm, poke holes all over the cake using the handle of a wooden spoon.
3. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the cake, letting it soak into the holes.
4. Drizzle caramel sauce generously over the top. Let the cake cool completely.
5. In a bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
6. Spread whipped cream evenly over the cooled cake.
7. Top with chopped Snickers, chocolate syrup, extra caramel drizzle, and crushed peanuts or toffee bits.
8. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving for best flavor.
