Ingredients:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup melted butter
2 tbsp sugar
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
16 oz cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 cups fresh strawberries (sliced)
1 cup strawberry pie filling or strawberry sauce
Whipped cream (optional, for topping)
Extra graham crumbs (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into the bottom of a dish to form the crust. Chill for 15 minutes.
2. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
5. Spread half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
6. Add a layer of sliced strawberries and drizzle with strawberry sauce.
7. Spread the remaining cheesecake mixture on top.
8. Finish with more strawberry sauce, fresh strawberries, and a sprinkle of graham crumbs.
9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) until set.
