A juicy, cheesy, flavor-packed meatloaf glazed in rich garlic parmesan goodness 😍
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground pork
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
For the glaze:
1/3 cup ketchup
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish or loaf pan.
2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, milk, egg, onion, parsley, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix until just combined.
3. Gently fold in shredded mozzarella for that melty center.
4. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the prepared dish.
5. In a small bowl, mix together ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Spread evenly over the meatloaf.
6. Bake for 50–55 minutes, or until fully cooked and juicy.
7. Let it rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing to keep it tender and moist.
