Ingredients:
1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on box)
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup caramel sauce
1/2 cup whipped cream
1/2 cup crushed brownie pieces (for topping)
Chocolate syrup for drizzling
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin or small dessert cups.
2. Prepare brownie batter according to package instructions. Pour a layer into each cup, filling halfway.
3. Bake for about 15 minutes until slightly set, then remove and let cool slightly.
4. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, vanilla, and sour cream, mixing until creamy.
5. Pour cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer.
6. Bake for another 18–20 minutes until the cheesecake is set. Let cool completely, then chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
7. Top with whipped cream, drizzle caramel and chocolate sauce generously.
