🥥🍫 Homemade Samoa Cheesecake 🍰✨
A rich, creamy cheesecake loaded with chocolate, caramel, and toasted coconut goodness!
Ingredients:
2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
16 oz cream cheese (softened)
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup shredded coconut (toasted)
1/2 cup caramel sauce
1/2 cup melted chocolate
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
2. Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then set aside.
3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
4. Stir in vanilla and sour cream until creamy.
5. Pour filling over the crust and bake for 45–55 minutes until the center is slightly set.
6. Let cheesecake cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
7. Top with toasted coconut, drizzle generously with caramel and melted chocolate.
8. Add a dollop of whipped cream if desired and extra caramel drizzle before serving.
