🧄🧀 Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs 🍔🔥
Golden, crispy bites stuffed with juicy beef and melty cheese—pure comfort in every bite 😍
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 cup mozzarella cheese cubes (or shredded)
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces)
3 tablespoons butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
3. Flatten each biscuit dough piece and place a spoonful of seasoned beef in the center. Add a cube of mozzarella cheese on top.
4. Wrap the dough around the filling and seal tightly into a ball.
5. Place each ball seam-side down on the baking sheet.
6. Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
7. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic. Brush over warm bombs.
8. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley before serving.
