Ingredients:
2 cups whipped topping (Cool Whip)
1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup milk
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
1 cup pineapple chunks (drained)
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup mandarin oranges (drained)
1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional)
1/2 cup white chocolate chips or chunks
2 tablespoons rainbow sprinkles
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth and slightly thickened.
2. Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined and fluffy.
3. Add the strawberries, pineapple, blueberries, mandarin oranges, and marshmallows. Mix gently to combine.
4. Stir in the white chocolate chips and shredded coconut if using.
5. Sprinkle in rainbow sprinkles and lightly fold them through.
