🥢🥬 Crispy Homemade Egg Rolls 🥟🔥
Golden, crunchy egg rolls stuffed with savory meat and veggies—better than takeout! 🤤✨
Ingredients:
1 lb ground pork (or chicken)
2 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup shredded carrots
3 green onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp grated ginger
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
10–12 egg roll wrappers
1 egg (beaten, for sealing)
Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. In a large pan over medium heat, cook the ground pork until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
2. Add garlic, ginger, cabbage, carrots, and green onions. Stir-fry for 3–5 minutes until slightly softened.
3. Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well and remove from heat. Let cool slightly.
4. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface. Place 2–3 tablespoons of filling in the center.
5. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly. Seal edges with beaten egg.
6. Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C). Fry egg rolls in batches for 3–4 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
7. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

For extra crunch, double fry the egg rolls—fry once, let them rest for a minute, then fry again for 1–2 minutes until perfectly crispy! 😍
