Golden, crunchy bites bursting with cheesy broccoli goodness 😍
Ingredients:
2 cups broccoli florets (steamed and finely chopped)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
2 cloves garlic (minced)
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Steam broccoli until tender, then finely chop and remove excess moisture.
2. In a bowl, mix broccoli, cheddar, mozzarella, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, eggs, garlic, and spices.
3. Form mixture into small balls using your hands.
4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
5. Fry the balls until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
6. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
