🍗🧀 Chicken Alfredo Lasagna 🤍🔥
A creamy, cheesy twist on classic lasagna loaded with tender chicken and rich Alfredo sauce!
Ingredients:
9 lasagna noodles
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
2 cups ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 cups Alfredo sauce
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
1 egg
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
4. Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of the baking dish.
5. Layer 3 noodles, then spread ricotta mixture, shredded chicken, spinach, and mozzarella cheese.
6. Pour Alfredo sauce over the layer.
7. Repeat layers until ingredients are used, finishing with Alfredo sauce and remaining mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
8. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
9. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
10. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Pro Tip:
For extra flavor, add sautéed mushrooms or a pinch of nutmeg to the Alfredo sauce for a richer, restaurant-style taste!
