🍫🍮 Boston Cream Brownies 🍰✨
Rich fudgy brownies layered with creamy vanilla custard and topped with silky chocolate ganache 😍
Ingredients:
1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on box)
2 cups milk
1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tbsp butter
Instructions:
1. Prepare and bake the brownie mix according to package instructions in a square pan. Let cool completely.
2. In a bowl, whisk together milk and vanilla pudding mix until thick and smooth. Chill for 5–10 minutes.
3. Spread the pudding evenly over the cooled brownies to create the creamy middle layer.
4. In a small saucepan, heat heavy cream until just simmering, then pour over chocolate chips and butter in a bowl. Let sit 2 minutes, then stir until smooth.
5. Pour the chocolate ganache over the pudding layer and spread evenly.
6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set. Slice into squares and serve chilled or slightly softened.

For extra indulgence, add a teaspoon of vanilla extract to the pudding layer or sprinkle chocolate shavings on top before chilling 🍫
