Banana Pudding Cheesecake Delight

Ingredients:

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup melted butter

¼ cup sugar

3 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese (softened)

1 cup sugar

3 eggs

1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2 bananas)

1 box (3.4 oz) banana pudding mix

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ cup sour cream

1 cup heavy cream (whipped)

Topping:

Sliced bananas

Caramel sauce

Whipped cream

Crushed graham crackers or vanilla wafers

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).

2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a springform pan to form the crust.

3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

5. Mix in mashed bananas, banana pudding mix, vanilla, and sour cream until creamy.

6. Pour batter over crust and smooth the top.

7. Bake for 55–60 minutes until center is slightly set.

8. Turn off oven and let cheesecake cool inside with the door slightly open.

9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

10. Before serving, top with whipped cream, banana slices, caramel drizzle, and crushed cookies.
