Banana Nut Butter Cheesecake Slice

Ingredients:

* 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

* 1/2 cup melted butter

* 2 tbsp sugar

* 16 oz (450g) cream cheese, softened

* 1/2 cup sugar

* 1/2 cup peanut butter (or any nut butter)

* 2 eggs

* 1 tsp vanilla extract

* 1/2 cup heavy cream

* 2 ripe bananas (sliced)

* 1/2 cup caramel sauce

* 1/2 cup whipped cream

* 1/4 cup crushed nuts or cookie crumbs

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).

2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a springform pan to form the crust.

3. Bake crust for 8–10 minutes, then let cool.

4. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

5. Add peanut butter, eggs, vanilla, and heavy cream. Mix until creamy.

6. Pour filling over the crust and smooth the top.

7. Bake for 50–55 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.

8. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

9. Top with sliced bananas, whipped cream, caramel drizzle, and crushed nuts before serving.
