Ingredients:

2 cups pecan halves

1 cup walnut halves

1 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup heavy cream

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

2. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter with the brown sugar and heavy cream, stirring constantly.

3. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil and cook for 3–4 minutes until thick and glossy.

4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.

5. Add the pecans and walnuts, tossing until fully coated.

6. Spread the nut mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.

7. Let cool completely until hardened, then break into crunchy clusters.
