Ingredients:

* 1/2 lb thinly sliced ribeye steak or shaved beef

* 1/2 green bell pepper, diced

* 1/2 onion, diced

* 2 hoagie rolls or sub buns

* 4 slices provolone cheese (or cheese of choice)

* 1 tablespoon oil or butter

* Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.

2. Add the diced onions and peppers; sauté until soft, about 5 minutes.

3. Push veggies to one side, add beef to the skillet, and cook until browned.

4. Season with salt and pepper, then mix veggies and beef together.

5. Lay cheese slices over the beef mixture and let melt.

6. Toast hoagie rolls if desired, then fill generously with the cheesy beef mix.
