Ingredients:
* ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
* ½ cup brown sugar
* ¼ cup granulated sugar
* 1 large egg
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
* ½ teaspoon baking soda
* ¼ teaspoon salt
* ½ cup milk chocolate chunks or chips
* 8 white chocolate squares or truffles (for the center)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a muffin tin.
2. In a bowl, whisk melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
3. Add egg and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
4. Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt until a soft dough forms.
5. Fold in milk chocolate chunks.
6. Scoop dough into muffin cups, filling halfway.
7. Press one white chocolate piece into the center of each, then cover with more dough.
8. Bake for 16–18 minutes until tops are lightly golden and set.
