🍫🔥 Fried S’mores Bombs 🍪🤍
Crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside — these deep-fried s’mores bombs are pure dessert heaven 🤤✨
Ingredients:
Marshmallows
Chocolate bars (milk or dark)
Graham crackers, crushed
Cream cheese
All-purpose flour
Eggs
Milk
Breadcrumbs
Oil, for frying
Chocolate syrup
Caramel sauce
Powdered sugar (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cut marshmallows in half and sandwich a piece of chocolate between them. Add a small spoon of cream cheese and gently shape into a ball.
2. Freeze the marshmallow bombs for 20–30 minutes so they hold their shape.
3. Set up a dredging station: flour in one bowl, eggs mixed with milk in another, and breadcrumbs mixed with crushed graham crackers in a third.
4. Roll each frozen bomb in flour, then egg mixture, then graham breadcrumb mix. For extra crunch, repeat the egg and crumb step.
5. Heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
6. Fry bombs in small batches for 2–3 minutes, turning until golden brown.
7. Remove and drain on paper towels.
8. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and caramel sauce. Dust with powdered sugar if desired. Serve warm.

Freeze them well before frying — this keeps the marshmallow from melting too fast and gives you that perfect molten center 🔥
