Creamy, cheesy comfort food loaded with tender chicken and pasta — perfect for cozy family dinners 😋🧀

Ingredients:

• 12 oz spaghetti or linguine, cooked and drained

• 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or cubed

• 2 tbsp butter

• 1 cup mushrooms, sliced

• 3 cloves garlic, minced

• 2 tbsp all-purpose flour

• 1 ½ cups chicken broth

• 1 cup heavy cream

• ½ cup sour cream

• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

• ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

• ½ tsp black pepper

• ½ tsp salt (or to taste)

• ¼ tsp Italian seasoning

• Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.

2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté mushrooms until soft, then add garlic and cook 30 seconds.

3. Stir in flour and cook 1 minute. Slowly whisk in chicken broth, then cream, stirring until smooth and thickened.

4. Mix in sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

5. Add cooked pasta and chicken to the sauce and toss until fully coated.

6. Transfer to baking dish and spread evenly.

7. Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.

8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
