🍫🍪 Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cheesecake 🍰✨
A rich, creamy cheesecake loaded with chocolate chips, cookie dough bites, and a dreamy chocolate drizzle 😍
Ingredients:
* 2 cups chocolate sandwich cookie crumbs
* 6 tbsp melted butter
* 3 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
* 1 cup granulated sugar
* 3 large eggs
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 1 cup mini chocolate chips
* 1 cup edible cookie dough (store-bought or homemade without eggs)
* 1/2 cup sour cream
* 1/2 cup heavy cream
* Chocolate sauce, for drizzling
* Whipped cream, for topping (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
2. Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter and press firmly into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then set aside.
3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and mix until creamy.
4. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla, sour cream, and heavy cream.
5. Gently fold in mini chocolate chips and cookie dough pieces.
6. Pour filling over the crust and smooth the top.
7. Bake for 55–60 minutes, until the center is just set.
8. Turn off oven, crack the door, and let cheesecake cool for 1 hour inside.
9. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
10. Before serving, top with whipped cream, extra chocolate chips, and drizzle generously with chocolate sauce.
