Ingredients:
• 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
• 1 cup apple pie filling, finely chopped
• 1/2 cup vanilla pudding or pastry cream
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• Oil for frying
• 1/2 cup caramel sauce
• Whipped cream (for topping)
• Crushed graham crackers or cookies (for topping)
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
2. Flatten each biscuit into a small round.
3. Place a spoonful of chopped apple filling and a spoonful of pudding in the center. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
4. Carefully wrap and seal the dough around the filling, forming a ball. Pinch seams tightly.
