🍫👑 Kinder Maxi King Torte 🎂✨
A rich, layered no-bake cake inspired by the iconic Kinder treat — creamy, crunchy, chocolatey perfection! 🍯🥜🍫
Ingredients:
* 200g chocolate sponge cake (store-bought or homemade), halved horizontally
* 400ml heavy whipping cream
* 250g mascarpone cheese
* 2 tbsp powdered sugar
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 150g caramel spread or dulce de leche
* 150g milk chocolate
* 100ml cream (for chocolate ganache)
* 50g chopped hazelnuts and almonds (for topping)
* Optional: extra caramel for layering
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Add mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Whip until smooth and creamy.
2. Place one layer of chocolate sponge cake on a cake board or plate.
3. Spread half of the cream mixture over the base. Drizzle with a layer of caramel.
4. Add the second sponge cake layer and spread the remaining cream mixture on top.
5. In a small saucepan, heat the 100ml cream and pour it over the chopped chocolate. Let it sit 1 minute, then stir into a smooth ganache.
6. Pour ganache over the top of the cake and gently spread.
7. Immediately sprinkle chopped nuts on top while ganache is still soft.
8. Chill the cake for at least 3–4 hours (or overnight) before slicing and serving.
