Ingredients:

* 12 oz linguine pasta

* 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips

* Salt & pepper, to taste

* 1 tbsp olive oil

* 4 tbsp unsalted butter

* 4 cloves garlic, minced

* 1 tsp paprika

* ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes

* 1 tsp Dijon mustard

* 1 tbsp lemon juice

* 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

* 1 tbsp chopped parsley (plus more for garnish)

* ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

* Lemon slices (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. Season chicken strips with salt and pepper.

3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.

4. In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic, paprika, red pepper flakes, mustard, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir for 1-2 minutes.

5. Return cooked chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the cowboy butter sauce.

6. Add cooked linguine and Parmesan cheese. Toss until everything is well combined and heated through.

7. Garnish with parsley and lemon slices. Serve hot!
