Golden crispy wrap loaded with seasoned beef, melty cheese, and crispy potatoes – pure comfort food bliss! 😋

Ingredients:

* 1 lb ground beef

* 2 cups diced potatoes (small cubes)

* 1 small onion, chopped

* 1 tsp garlic powder

* 1 tsp paprika

* 1 tsp cumin

* Salt & pepper to taste

* 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

* 4 large flour tortillas

* 2 tbsp oil (for frying potatoes)

* 1 tbsp butter (for toasting wraps)

* Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat and cook diced potatoes until golden and crispy (about 10–12 minutes). Set aside.

2. In the same skillet, cook ground beef and onions until beef is browned and onions are soft. Drain excess grease.

3. Season the beef with garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.

4. Add cooked potatoes back into the skillet with the beef. Mix and cook for 2 more minutes.

5. Lay out tortillas. Spoon beef and potato mixture into the center of each one.

6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese generously.

7. Fold tortillas tightly into a wrap.

8. In a clean skillet, melt a bit of butter and toast each wrap on both sides until golden and crispy.
