🍌🥜 Caramel Banana Nut Cheesecake Delight 🍯🍰
A luscious, layered cheesecake bursting with creamy banana flavor, caramel drizzle, and crunchy nuts!
Ingredients:
* 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
* ½ cup crushed pecans or walnuts
* ½ cup melted butter
* 3 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
* 1 cup granulated sugar
* 3 large eggs
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 2 ripe bananas, mashed
* 1 cup chopped mixed nuts (pecans, peanuts, etc.)
* 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
* ½ cup sour cream
* 1 tsp lemon juice
* ½ cup caramel sauce (plus more for drizzling)
* Sliced bananas and extra nuts for topping
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix graham crumbs, crushed nuts, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into a springform pan to form the crust.
2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, then eggs one at a time. Mix in vanilla, mashed bananas, sour cream, lemon juice, and condensed milk until creamy.
3. Pour batter over the crust and bake for about 1 hour or until the center is just set. Let cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
4. Once chilled, spread caramel sauce over the top of the cheesecake.
5. Garnish with sliced bananas, mixed nuts, and an extra drizzle of caramel.
Pro Tip:
For an extra rich twist, mix a little peanut butter into the batter or melt chocolate chips over the crust before adding the filling!
