**Ingredients:**
* 1 lb ground beef
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 1/2 tsp black pepper
* 1/2 tsp garlic powder
* 1/2 tsp onion powder
* 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
* 12 mozzarella cheese sticks (cut in half, frozen solid)
* 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
* 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
* 2 cups flour
* 3 large eggs, beaten
* 2 cups Italian-style breadcrumbs
**Instructions:**
1. **Prepare the beef:** In a bowl, season the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix in shredded cheddar.
2. **Wrap the cheese:** Flatten about 2 tablespoons of beef mixture into your hand. Place a frozen mozzarella piece in the center, wrap the beef around it to form a tight ball, sealing all edges.
3. **Coat the bombs:** Roll each ball in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs. For extra crunch, repeat the egg and breadcrumb step.
