Warm spiced pumpkin filling topped with a buttery oat crunch — fall dessert dreams come true! 🧡

**Ingredients:**

*For the pumpkin filling:*

* 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree

* 1/2 cup brown sugar

* 1/4 cup granulated sugar

* 2 eggs

* 1/2 cup evaporated milk (or heavy cream)

* 1 tsp vanilla extract

* 1 tsp ground cinnamon

* 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

* 1/4 tsp ground ginger

* 1/4 tsp salt

*For the crisp topping:*

* 3/4 cup old-fashioned oats

* 3/4 cup all-purpose flour

* 1/2 cup brown sugar

* 1/2 tsp cinnamon

* Pinch of salt

* 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

**Instructions:**

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish (8x8 or similar size).

2. In a large bowl, mix all **pumpkin filling** ingredients until smooth. Pour into the prepared baking dish.

3. In another bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in the **melted butter** until the mixture becomes crumbly.

4. Sprinkle the oat topping evenly over the pumpkin filling.

5. Bake for 40–45 minutes, until the top is golden and crisp and the filling is set.

6. Cool slightly and serve warm — with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream!

**Pro Tip:**

For extra crunch, toss a handful of chopped pecans or walnuts into the oat topping before baking! 🌰
