Crème Brûlée Cake
**🍮🔥 Crème Brûlée Cake 🍰✨**
Ultra-creamy custard meets caramelized sugar crust in this dreamy twist on a classic dessert! 😍
**Ingredients:**
* 1 cup granulated sugar (for caramel layer)
* 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
* 1 cup whole milk
* 1 cup heavy cream
* 5 large eggs
* 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
* 1 prepared pound cake or brioche, cubed
* Optional: fresh berries for garnish
**Instructions:**
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a round or square 8-inch cake pan.
2. In a small saucepan, melt the **granulated sugar** over medium heat until it becomes a golden caramel. Immediately pour it into the bottom of the cake pan and swirl to coat.
3. In a large bowl, whisk together **condensed milk**, **whole milk**, **cream**, **eggs**, and **vanilla** until fully combined.
4. Layer the **cake cubes** evenly over the caramel in the pan.
5. Pour the custard mixture over the cake cubes, pressing them down gently to soak.
6. Place the pan in a larger baking dish and fill the outer dish with hot water (water bath).
7. Bake for about 50 minutes or until the custard is set and a knife inserted in the center comes out mostly clean.
8. Let cool completely, then chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
9. To serve, carefully invert onto a plate to reveal the caramel top. Garnish with **fresh berries** if desired.
**Pro Tip:**
For an extra caramelized finish, sprinkle a little sugar on top just before serving and torch it for a crackly brûlée crust! 🔥
