Flaky golden biscuits stuffed with juicy roast beef and melty cheese — the ultimate comfort sandwich! 😋


**Ingredients:**


* 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (or homemade biscuits)

* 1 lb cooked shredded roast beef (leftovers or deli-style)

* 6 slices provolone or Swiss cheese

* 2 tablespoons butter, melted

* 1 teaspoon garlic powder

* Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)


*For dipping (Au Jus):*


* 1 packet au jus gravy mix

* 2 cups water (or beef broth)


**Instructions:**


1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Slice biscuits in half horizontally and place bottoms on the baking sheet.

3. Layer each with **shredded roast beef** and **a slice of cheese**.

4. Top with the other half of the biscuit.
