Ingredients:

* 1 lb ground beef

* 1 packet taco seasoning

* 1/2 cup water

* 4 oz cream cheese, softened

* 1/2 cup sour cream

* 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

* 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough or pizza dough

* 1/4 cup diced red onion

* 1/4 cup diced tomatoes

* 2 tbsp chopped cilantro

* Optional: extra sour cream or salsa for drizzling

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until cooked through. Drain excess fat.

3. Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer until thickened, about 3–4 minutes.

4. Remove from heat and stir in cream cheese until fully melted and combined. Let cool slightly.

5. Unroll the crescent or pizza dough into a rectangle. Spread with the sour cream, then evenly layer the taco mixture and shredded cheese.

6. Roll the dough tightly from one long side to the other, then slice into 1-inch pinwheels.

7. Place pinwheels flat on a greased baking sheet or in a baking dish.

8. Bake for 18–20 minutes or until golden brown.

9. Top with diced onions, tomatoes, cilantro, and drizzle with sour cream or salsa if desired.

Pro Tip:

For an extra kick, mix some chopped jalapeños into the taco filling or sprinkle pepper jack cheese on top before baking! 🌶🧀
