Garlic Butter Lobster-Stuffed Biscuits

Fluffy, golden biscuits oozing with buttery lobster and herbs—pure indulgence in every bite! 😍


Ingredients:


* 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

* 1 tbsp baking powder

* 1/2 tsp salt

* 1/2 tsp garlic powder

* 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

* 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed

* 3/4 cup buttermilk

* 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped

* 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

* 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley


**Garlic Butter Topping:**


* 4 tbsp melted butter

* 2 cloves garlic, minced

* 1 tbsp chopped parsley

* Juice of 1/2 lemon


Instructions:


1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and cayenne.

3. Cut in cold butter using a pastry cutter or fork until mixture is crumbly.

4. Stir in buttermilk just until dough forms. Gently fold in lobster meat, cheese, and parsley.

5. Scoop dough into 6 mounds and place on prepared sheet.

6. Bake for 18–20 minutes or until tops are golden brown.

7. While baking, mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and lemon juice.

8. Brush hot biscuits generously with garlic butter as soon as they come out of the oven.

For extra decadence, serve these biscuits with a side of warm lobster bisque or drizzle more garlic butter over the top before serving!
