Cheesy, crunchy, bacon-wrapped bites of melty goodness—perfect for parties or snack attacks! ๐Ÿ’ฅ

Ingredients:

* 10 mozzarella string cheese sticks, halved

* 10 slices of bacon, cut in half

* 1 cup all-purpose flour

* 2 large eggs, beaten

* 1½ cups seasoned breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch)

* Vegetable oil for frying

* Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

* Ranch or marinara for dipping

Instructions:

1. Cut each string cheese stick in half to make 20 short pieces.

2. Wrap each piece of cheese tightly with a half slice of bacon. Secure with a toothpick if needed.

3. Place bacon-wrapped cheese in the freezer for 10–15 minutes to firm up.

4. Set up a breading station: flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, breadcrumbs in a third.

5. Roll each popper in flour, dip in egg, then coat with breadcrumbs. Press gently to stick.

6. Heat oil in a deep skillet to 350°F (175°C). Fry poppers in batches until golden and crispy, about 2–3 minutes per side.

7. Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with parsley.

8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce!

Pro Tip:

For oven-baked poppers, place them on a rack over a baking sheet and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 18–20 minutes until golden and bubbly!
