Ingredients:
* 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
* 1 cup cream cheese, softened
* 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
* 2 cups crushed Nacho Cheese Doritos
* 1 cup all-purpose flour
* 2 large eggs, beaten
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* 1 tsp paprika
* ½ tsp salt
* ½ tsp black pepper
* Cooking oil spray or a bit of melted butter
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Butterfly the chicken breasts by slicing them horizontally without cutting all the way through. Open like a book.
3. In a small bowl, mix cream cheese and chopped bacon until well combined.
4. Spoon a generous amount of the mixture onto one side of each butterflied chicken breast, then fold over and secure with toothpicks.
5. Set up a breading station: flour with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in one bowl; beaten eggs in another; crushed Doritos in a third.
6. Dredge each stuffed chicken breast in flour, dip in egg, then coat in Doritos crumbs. Press to adhere.
7. Place on the baking sheet and lightly spray or brush with oil or melted butter for extra crispiness.
8. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and coating is golden and crispy.
9. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve hot!

Crush the Doritos in a food processor for a finer, even coating—or leave them chunky for extra crunch!
