**Ingredients:**


* 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

* 1/3 cup melted butter

* 2 tablespoons sugar

* 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

* 1 cup mini marshmallows or halved large marshmallows

* 1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

* 1 cup vanilla ice cream or cream cheese filling (optional for extra creaminess)

* Optional: extra melted chocolate for drizzling


**Instructions:**


1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined.

3. Press the mixture firmly into a greased muffin tin to form little cups.

4. Bake crusts for 5-6 minutes, then remove from oven.
