**Ingredients:**


* 6 slices of sandwich bread (crusts removed)

* 6 slices of ham

* 6 slices of cheese (mozzarella, Swiss, or cheddar)

* 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

* 2 eggs, beaten

* 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch)

* Oil for frying

* Optional: chopped parsley for garnish


**Instructions:**


1. Flatten each slice of bread using a rolling pin.

2. Place a slice of ham and cheese on each piece of bread and roll tightly.

3. Secure the rolls by gently pressing the edges or using a bit of water.

4. Dredge each roll in flour, then dip in beaten egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.

5. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry rolls until golden brown and crispy on all sides (about 2-3 minutes per side).

6. Remove and drain on paper towels.

7. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve hot!

For a healthier twist, you can air fry or bake these rolls at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy!
