A dreamy combo of rich red velvet cake, creamy cheesecake, and juicy strawberries! 🍓🎂

Ingredients:

**For the Red Velvet Cake Layers:**

* 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour

* 1 ½ cups sugar

* 1 tsp baking soda

* 1 tsp cocoa powder

* 1 tsp salt

* 2 large eggs

* 1 ½ cups vegetable oil

* 1 cup buttermilk

* 2 tbsp red food coloring

* 1 tsp vanilla extract

* 1 tsp white vinegar

**For the Cheesecake Layer:**

* 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

* 1 cup sugar

* 3 eggs

* 1 tsp vanilla extract

**For the Filling:**

* 2 cups fresh strawberries, halved

* 1 cup strawberry preserves or jam

**For the Whipped Cream Topping:**

* 1 ½ cups heavy cream

* ⅓ cup powdered sugar

* 1 tsp vanilla extract

**To Assemble:**

* Extra fresh strawberries and grated white chocolate (optional)


Instructions:

1. **Make the Cheesecake Layer:** Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla. Pour into a greased 9-inch springform pan and bake for about 45-50 minutes. Cool completely and chill.

2. **Bake the Red Velvet Cake Layers:** Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, whisk dry ingredients. In another bowl, whisk wet ingredients, then combine with dry until smooth. Divide between two 9-inch pans and bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool completely.

3. **Whip the Cream:** Beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Set aside.

4. **Assemble the Cake:** Place one red velvet layer on a cake plate. Spread a layer of strawberry preserves, add halved strawberries, then place the cheesecake layer on top. Repeat the preserves and strawberry layer, then top with the second red velvet cake.

5. **Decorate:** Frost the top with whipped cream. Garnish with fresh strawberries and white chocolate shavings if desired.

6. **Chill:** Refrigerate at least 2–4 hours before slicing to let everything set beautifully.
