A rich, creamy cheesecake swirled with chocolate and caramel, topped with whipped cream, Oreos, and more caramel drizzle! 😍

Ingredients:

* 24 Oreo cookies (crushed for crust)

* 5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

* 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

* 1 cup granulated sugar

* 1 cup sour cream

* 3 large eggs

* 2 tsp vanilla extract

* 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

* 1/2 cup caramel sauce (plus extra for topping)

* 1/2 cup chocolate sauce or ganache (plus extra for swirling)

* Whipped cream (for topping)

* 6 Oreo cookies (whole, for garnish)

* Chocolate cookie crumbs (optional topping)

Instructions:

1. **Preheat oven** to 325°F (160°C). Line the bottom of a springform pan with parchment paper.

2. **Make the crust**: Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter, press into the bottom of the pan, and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.

3. **Prepare the cheesecake filling**: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream, eggs, vanilla, and flour; mix until combined.

4. **Pour filling** into the crust. Drop spoonfuls of caramel and chocolate sauce on top and swirl gently with a knife.

5. **Bake** for about 55–65 minutes, or until the center is almost set. Turn off oven, crack the door, and let cool for 1 hour.

6. **Chill** in the fridge for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight).

7. **Decorate** with whipped cream, whole Oreos, caramel drizzle, and chocolate cookie crumbs before serving.

For a cleaner swirl, use room temperature caramel and chocolate sauce so they blend effortlessly into the cheesecake before baking!
