Rich, gooey brownies layered with fresh bananas and drenched in silky chocolate ganache – pure banana-choco bliss! 🍌🍫❤️
Ingredients:
* 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients to prepare it)
* 2 ripe bananas (sliced)
* 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
* 1/2 cup heavy cream
* 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips or cocoa nibs (for topping)
Instructions:
1. Prepare brownie batter as directed on the box and bake in a greased 8x8-inch pan. Let it cool slightly.
2. While still warm but not hot, layer banana slices evenly across the top of the brownies.
3. In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream until just about to simmer. Pour it over the semi-sweet chocolate chips and stir until smooth to make the ganache.
4. Pour the warm ganache over the bananas, letting it drip down the sides.
5. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips or cocoa nibs on top for crunch and extra chocolatey goodness.
6. Chill in the fridge for 20–30 minutes or until ganache is set. Slice and serve!
