Ingredients:


*Crust:*


* 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

* 1/2 cup melted butter

* 2 tbsp brown sugar


*Chocolate Layer:*


* 1 cup melted semi-sweet chocolate chips

* 1/4 cup heavy cream


*Cheesecake Filling:*


* 3 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened

* 1 cup powdered sugar

* 1 tsp vanilla extract

* 1/2 cup peanut butter

* 1 cup heavy whipping cream (whipped to stiff peaks)


*Toppings:*


* 1/2 cup caramel sauce

* 1/3 cup roasted peanuts

* 1/3 cup chopped Snickers bars

* Chocolate chunks or squares (optional)


Instructions:


1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into a springform pan to form the crust. Chill in freezer for 10 minutes.

2. Melt chocolate chips with heavy cream and pour over the crust. Smooth into an even layer. Chill while you make the filling.

3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, peanut butter, and vanilla until smooth.

4. Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully combined and fluffy.

5. Pour filling over the chocolate layer and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

6. Once set, drizzle with caramel sauce and top with Snickers pieces, peanuts, and chocolate chunks.
