The ultimate dessert mashup – creamy cheesecake meets Snickers bar heaven! 😍
Ingredients:
**For the crust:**
* 1 ½ cups crushed chocolate graham crackers or Oreos
* 1/4 cup granulated sugar
* 1/3 cup melted butter
**For the filling:**
* 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
* 1 cup granulated sugar
* 3 large eggs
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 1/2 cup sour cream
* 1 cup chopped Snickers bars
**For the topping:**
* 1/2 cup caramel sauce
* 1/2 cup chocolate ganache or melted chocolate
* Extra chopped Snickers bars
* Salted peanuts or pecans
* Whipped cream (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
2. Combine crust ingredients in a bowl and press firmly into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.
3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and sour cream.
4. Fold in chopped Snickers bars. Pour the batter over the cooled crust.
5. Bake for 50–60 minutes until the center is slightly jiggly. Turn off oven, crack the door, and let it cool inside for 1 hour.
6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
7. Once chilled, drizzle caramel and chocolate over the top. Add more chopped Snickers, peanuts or pecans, and whipped cream if desired.
