This ultra-decadent cheesecake is loaded with Snickers, rich peanut butter, and gooey chocolate – the ultimate dessert dream! 😍


Ingredients:


**For the crust:**


* 24 chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos), crushed

* 5 tbsp melted butter


**For the filling:**


* 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

* 1 cup granulated sugar

* 3 large eggs

* 1/2 cup sour cream

* 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

* 1 tsp vanilla extract

* 1 1/2 cups chopped Snickers bars


**For the topping:**


* 1 cup heavy cream

* 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

* Extra Snickers bars, chopped

* Chopped peanuts for garnish


Instructions:


1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan and wrap the bottom in foil.

2. Combine crushed cookies and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.

3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in sour cream, peanut butter, and vanilla.

4. Fold in chopped Snickers. Pour the filling over the crust.

5. Place the pan in a water bath and bake for 55–65 minutes, until just set.

6. Let cool to room temp, then chill at least 4 hours or overnight.

7. Heat heavy cream until just simmering, pour over chocolate chips, let sit 1 minute, then stir into a ganache.

8. Pour ganache over chilled cheesecake. Top with extra Snickers pieces and chopped peanuts.

9. Slice and serve!
